Privacy
Sukhh by Urvi Sadh is a small studio in New Delhi. We collect only what we need to make your outfit and speak to you about it, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request an appointment, you give us your name, phone number and email address, along with the pieces you are interested in, your size or measurements, your colour preference, the date of your occasion and any notes you choose to add.
If you choose to be measured at the studio or over video call, we record which of the two you prefer rather than your measurements.
We do not ask for and never store payment card details, bank details or identity documents through this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare a quotation, to make your piece to your measurements, to arrange delivery, and to keep a record of what we have made for you so that future orders are easier.
Where it goes
Your enquiry opens as a message in WhatsApp, which you send to us yourself. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.
A copy of the details you entered is saved to a private Google Sheet that only we can open. We use Google Workspace services to store this.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the website and which pieces they look at. Analytics tells us about visits, not about individuals, and does not receive your name, phone number, email address or measurements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years, so that we can honour alterations and reorders. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets a cookie to tell a returning visit apart from a new one. You may block it in your browser settings and the website will work exactly as before.
